MEET THE FOUNDER

"I Was Blind to the Puzzle God Had Set Before Me." --Mansa Latham, Founder

If you had met me in high school, you wouldn't have seen a ministry leader or a CEO. You would have seen the class clown.

I was just happy to be in the crowd, cracking jokes and playing sports, struggling to find my own place.

But looking back, I realize I was standing in the middle of a goldmine I couldn't see.

I was surrounded by incredible talent. My friends could sing, dance, and play instruments with a skill that demanded to be heard.

I was surrounded by professional tools.

My father worked in production marketing, and our basement overflowed with high-end audio gear: microphones, loudspeakers, and amplifiers that most kids only saw on TV.

I had the talent around me. I had the equipment to amplify it. But I never put the two together.

In my youth, I missed my blessings.  I watched my friends struggle to be heard while the tools to amplify their voices gathered dust in my own basement.

The King of Second Chances
It took me over 15 years to see what was right in front of me.

God is the King of second chances.

Today, those same amplifiers and speakers from my father's basement are finally being put to use.  They are no longer gathering dust; they are gathering souls.

I founded FTD Ministry because I don't want the next generation to miss their blessings, like I did.

Why I Do This Work
Today, our youth are facing a crisis of connection.

They are creators without professional tools.
They are believers without a church home.
They are talent without a teachers to help guide their light.

Through programs like Kids Witness and Exhale, I am dedicated to bridging that gap. We are taking the equipment off the shelf and putting it into the hands of children, teaching them the audio, video skills that build careers and confidence.

We are turning "class clowns" into community leaders.

Join me in this mission. Let’s amplify their voices together.
